1 Stars - I have previously used schindler as a property manager and they are not reliable. Our elevator breaks every other week and they charge full price every time. It seems like they don`t fix the problem purposely so they can come back a few days to charge another service fee. (Chyna Thomas - 4 months ago)
5 Stars - WILD BOB, Professional Schindler Serviceman was the most professional, informative & generous in my time of assistant/at the right time today. (Wild where?? )
The apartment mid-rise in which I reside in had a serious water flood which caused our building elevators to malfunction over the weeknd. Today/Monday and I wasn`t feeling my best (under doctor`s care) but had to get up to take my grandson to school with the thought of taking stair flights down and returning to stair flights back up to my apartment.
Out of nowhere a Schindler professional insisted I allow him 2 help me as he saw me struggling to take every step to make it back up to my apartment. I was carrying many items and was barely making it. Wild Bob, as he calls himself, not only help me up the stairs but help me carry all my items to my doorway. I must say you all have a wonderful employee here, that went above and beyond to help Me a resident that he didn`t even know.

1 Stars - Have worked with Schindler elevators across multiple sites and have always had a negative experience. Wait times for repair are beyond ridiculous. Have had at least 1 of our elevators down for the last 4 months. Simple parts like call buttons are never available on hand. If considering a company to install your elevators, look elsewhere. This has cost our business so much income and future income as our reviews reflect the frustration of the elevator issues and keep people away. (nicole crane - 8 months ago)
3 Stars - The phone line that is listed for us to contact the service persons/field reps has been FULL for about a week. This concern McLane, as we are attempting to follow the process to request electronic version of invoices and not be charged the fees associated with the paper invoices. Please advise.
