1 Stars - I have been working with Otis for years, but in the last few years I can`t say enough bad about their response time, customer service, and inability to complete repairs in the office buildings I manage. I have different reps for each building and they suck! They don`t know what is going on and, either they don`t care AT ALL or they are given no power to do anything to assist. Trying to get something done is like screaming at a brick wall. (Victoria Boyle - a week ago)
1 Stars - Terrible service

Our elevator broke a month ago
Jonathan Russo is giving us the runaround
We have disabled people in the building
What a joke
What a shame

5 Stars - Otis have the most AWESOMENESS elevator in the country! Series 2/4/M2`s and Compass and Compass Plus are the best first of all, I rode my very first newer Series 2 HydroFit at Sunriver Resort (June 2015), my second newer Series 2 Gen2 on is at the 2nd St. Parking Garage and is was the most AWESOMENESS elevator I`ve ever ridden before! My third newer Series 2 Gen2 and elevator was at the Harry Potter ride at on the exit at Universal Studios in Hollywood, California and my forth newer elevator and it`s a newer Series 4 Gen2 was at the Residence Inn in Downtown Portland, Oregon (With my good friend Julien A.K.A. Floridian Elevators) My`s name is Otis as well! I call him Otis newer Series 2/4 Gen2 because he was born in 2015, and he runs a lot, so I call him a Gen2. My parents calls him Otis McGoatis and I call him Otis McGlobis because of the Otis Globe and the vintage Otis Black Buttons, Pre-Lexan, Lexan Touch Sensitive Squared and Circle, Pop-Out Buttons and Autotronic elevators especially in office buildings. Beginning to end, Black Button, Pre-Lexan, Lexan, (Pop Out Buttons and Touch Sensitive Square and Circle), Series 1, Series 2, newer Series 2, Series 3, Series 4, newer Series 4, Series 5, Series 6, Series M2, and Compass and Compass Plus. Yes I do miss the Vintage buttons, but I still love newer buttons especially on mods and installations. Series 2 is Surface mounted panel, Series 4 is Flush mounted panel, and Series M2 are mods. Installations are newer Series 2/4 and again, Mods are Series M2 (Train & Elevatorfan8150 - 7 months ago)

5 Stars - We recently bought a home that has an elevator, and were not familiar with all of the operational and maintenance procedures. Each time we called Nationwide Lifts of Oregon with questions, they have answered each time, and guided us very patiently through the necessary procedures using face time as needed. They have come to our home three times for repairs and replacement of parts, and are consistently professional, friendly and thorough. We truly appreciate their consistent responsiveness and their clear description of their service plan. We will only call Nationwide Lifts of Oregon in the future. 5 Stars - Certainly, begin your exploration at the elevator`s base. Ascend to the summit to take in the breathtaking views and read the informative historical plaques. Proceed to the left, navigating around a bend, and descend the cascading waterfall or stairs leading to the elevator`s base. This delightful excursion is highly recommended if you find yourself in the downtown Oregon City area following a delectable meal. Embark on an adventure of discovery! (SWAREX XXI - a month ago)
5 Stars - Great historic place to visit. Excellent views and a nice walkway with benches along the way. The staff working at the top was very nice and helped answer questions. (Jennifer Fitzgerald - 6 months ago)
4 Stars - The Oregon Municipal Elevator is a breathtaking marvel that not only transports visitors between the upper and lower parts of Oregon City but also provides an awe-inspiring panorama of the surrounding natural beauty. As you step into the vintage elevator car and ascend, you`re treated to a mesmerizing visual feast that unfolds before your eyes.
From the elevator`s observation deck, one can marvel at the picturesque views of the Willamette River as it gracefully meanders through the heart of Oregon City. The sight of the tranquil waters reflecting the vibrant hues of the sky creates a sense of serenity and harmony with nature. The gentle sound of the waterfall adds a soothing soundtrack to the experience, further enhancing the overall ambiance.
The vantage point from the elevator allows visitors to appreciate the grandeur of the Willamette Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in the United States. The cascading water creates an impressive display of raw power and beauty, leaving spectators in awe of its magnitude. It`s a reminder of the incredible forces of nature and the wonders that exist in our world.
The Oregon Municipal Elevator not only serves as a means of transportation but also offers a unique and immersive experience that combines history, engineering, and natural splendor. Whether you`re a local or a visitor, the elevator provides a captivating glimpse into the charm and allure of Oregon City, leaving an indelible impression on all who embark on this enchanting journey. 5 Stars - What an interesting landmark with very cool views of old town OC, the industrial area and the falls. We were meeting my SIL for brunch and she told us about the Municipal Elevator so we made a point of parking up on the hill so we could take it down. On the way back up we stopped and learned a bit of its history by Beverly, one of the lovely volunteers who work the desk at the top. Beverly even told me that as a child she accompanied her father to the dedication ceremony when the current tower opened in 1954! Thank you to Beverly and other volunteers who help to keep Oregon history alive. I’ve lived in Portland for more then 32 years and never knew about this area and now I want to go back and explore more!! (Dyanne Gray - 7 months ago)
3 Stars - Decided to check this place out after dinner with my family. It is not kept very clean and the elevator gives you the vibes that make you want to carry your child and not let them touch anything. Still very very cool once you get to the top. It was a more impressive view than I thought it would be, very cool at night and recommend checking it out as long as you are not afraid of some dirt and germs. (Whitney McQuilliams - a year ago)

5 Stars - I own Hell`s Dungeon haunted house in Dayton Ohio. The day I was getting my inspection for my operating permits, the city inspector found an issue with my elevator and was not going to issue my permit. I called Peak and they left a job in Cincinnati to come and fix my elevator. If it wasn`t for them I would not have been able to open up that weekend. Their customer service is excellent and they have a customer for life. (Fred Hearn - 3 years ago)
5 Stars - It has been a long time since I have been this impressed by a vendor. They are creative, proactive and long term / relationship based. (chris simonton - 3 years ago)
