1 Stars - Only gave 1 star because 0 isn’t offered. They allow their employees to damage private property and then the business does everything they can to avoid speaking with the person or handling the issue or damage claim. If this is how the address small issues then what are they gonna do when they’re elevators feel or they have a major issue with the elevator, or their workmanship.

1 Stars - Don`t ever use this Company!!! They don`t stand behind their product, are very unprofessional, and will just not provide any type of a response. Save yourself the trouble, and find another company to service your elevator. (S P - in the last week)

5 Stars - I truly cannot say enough about Mike and Kyle of South Jersey Elevator. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and saved us $15,000.00. We had called another company who told us we would need an entire new system to repair our elevator. I decided to get a second opinion and called South Jersey Elevator. Mike and Kyle came out and after checking everything found that we had a few loose wires and some contacts that were not sitting properly. We now have a maintenance contract with them knowing how reliable they are. I highly recommend South Jersey Elevator, LLC. (JeanineV - a year ago)

1 Stars - I live at Riverview Landing at Valley Forge and Kone is our contracted elevator repair service. We have been without an elevator for 9 days. Supposedly a new motor is needed. 1 Stars - I have nothing good to say about Schindler Elevator. Really ZERO stars. I have spent over 100K with them and I would never recommend them for any service or modernization project. They admit themselves that their computer systems are flawed and have issues and they cannot make simple updates to my account. I have not come across a Schindler employee that care to do their job. 1 Stars - I am only giving them one star because it won`t let me post a review without giving at least one star. Schlinder Elevator is truly the worst company ever. We have had issues with our elevators since they were installed. We call the service department over and over and never have a technician arrive when they are supposed to. We have been waiting since 4/22/22 and no one has arrived yet. I have wasted another evening sitting here at work waiting for them after being promised someone would be here tonight and no one showed up yet. 1 Stars - The most unfortunate idea for Whole Foods, this escalator breaks down constantly for a new store. Takes a long time to fix it. Takes longer time for parts. The accompanying carts are poorly engineered, bumping into things, people’s calves and heels. The engineer and CEO should be demoted. The two size carts are basically the same size, one was supposed to be small for those who shop for one. Stupid company.
Since I wrote this it has broken down 4 times, I message them, they say the same thing, `please give us details and location so we can fix it` after I just did that to the breakdown that wasn`t fixed a week before. Curious what keeps them in business. (Ryn Somerville - 6 years ago)
