The monthly service provided has been outstanding and my elevators are well maintained. When needed for emergency service, a technician arrives timely and when promised. 5 Stars - Major Elevator has worked with our Management Company for approximately 15 years and counting.
- Staff & Team: The entire team and staff is prompt and communication is excellent. All emails are responded to in a timely manner. Vice President Sam is a delight to work with and is very knowledgeable at his job.
- Service Calls: Service calls are answered immediately. A technician is sent as soon as possible and we have never had to wait multiple hours like big elevator companies.
- Services: Major is responsive, organized, and reliable. Elevators are maintained and Major has greatly helped when previous companies failed to maintain the elevator and brought it back to code.

When it came time to selecting an installer for this latest project, the ownership was adamant about using Major Elevator. After negotiating a fair price, the design and installation process was seamless.
During construction, Major maintains a safe working environment and is responsive to quality, price and schedule comments.
During the management phase, Major handles the required City tests as well as routine maintenance. We`ve never had a response problem or maintenance issue.

5 Stars - I am the owner of Stanley Foam Co with my husband, we have a warehouse that has an elevator (lift) that we use to bring product up to our 2nd floor for storage. Our elevator stopped working and and that was a big problem for us. We called Dura Lift elevator repair and they sent 2 technicians to my warehouse to repair the elevator, they worked on it for 5 hours and said it was not repairable and told me I need to replace my elevator and the cost would be $40,000. and gave me a bill for over $700
I called another elevator repair company Standard Elevator company and they sent a technician down to inspect my elevator. After doing an evaluation of the elevator they also said the elevator was not repairable and said we need to replace the elevator. at this point we were 3 weeks into not having an elevator and it was very difficult to bring our product up and down a huge flight of steps. We figured we would try one more company and we called Action Elevator, they were very responsive and sent a technician to our warehouse with in 2 hours. The technician Dan came with another technician Justin, Dan took about 1/2 hour to check out the situation and figured out what the problem was . He and Justin got to work on it and in 5 hours the elevator was working great.
Action Elevator is the best, no nonsense company, no ripoff just professionals.
If you have a problem with your elevator there is ONLY!!! one company to call ACTION ELEVATOR!!!! you don`t need to look any further I give them

1 Stars - My builder received guidance from Wallace & Sons on site tech to setup the elevator shaft and placement of the electrical components. They provided my builder with bad information, causing them to come back in and redo areas of the foundation. It also required several calls with the architect. When Accredited was called, as they are the supplier, they could not speak to us. They could not provide any information other then they fired the PM. They can`t manage their install and service schedule, and this is not who I would want servicing my elevator. Steer clear, and get a reputable, reliable company to support you, there are plenty around, don`t let them sell you like they are the only game in town. (Ron K - a year ago)

I called Wallace, and Rosanne walked me through a quick reset procedure, and within minutes the problem was solved. There was no need for the time or expense of a service call. That’s great service! He took the time to explain what was causing our Eleavator to pause on the second floor and keep leveling through out the day. After completing the yearly maintenance, he went thru each step in the process. Greg was through, professional and very pleasant. Hopefully when we have our annual maintenance next year he will be promoted and be passing on his excellent customer service skills and knowledge of his trade to new employees. 5 Stars - I usually call when something prevents me from using the elevator and always get a quick response and a friendly voice. Very often they give free phone instructions on how to address the concern without needing to have somebody to the house. Talk about helpful! When a repairman is necessary, they are courteous, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Their prices are very fair and their approach to business is old-school, neighborly, and always with a smile. 1 Stars - This company hired me in Atlanta, Georgia, through a staffing agency, to start today. I went to work with the flu because I knew I would get fired if i did not show up. I stated I took medication to control the symptoms of the flu. Well, they fired me with the allegation that i looked sleepy. I sat there 8 hrs and not even once my face was down. 5 Stars - I had an amazing experience with this company.
I had an elevator issue with my current elevator service provider that they couldn’t fix and I didn’t trust them because they never showed up or did their preventative maintenance as promised. They only showed up with a proposal in hand telling me I need to buy something.
I called around to multiple elevator service providers and it wasn’t until Joe Gatti and Paul Palmeri showed up from Slade Elevator and gave me an educated explanation as to why I needed the repair.
Through this process, I trusted their opinion and they gave me an honest price and in addition, they went up and beyond to make additional repairs because they said they couldn’t walk away from a job without doing what is right for the customer.
If only all my vendors had Slade Elevators mindset.

We hired RMR Elevator to install an Inclinator Elevator in our home, since we have orthopedic issues, and wanted this to not stand out. They did an incredible job, and we feel safe and this fits into our home well. Bob Shipley the owner is incredible, knowledgeable and always available to help, even years later. We have them come every year to check everything and they are extremely very friendly and understand all issues that occur. Our church`s elevator was damaged due to Tropical Storm Ida precisely one year ago. We had a couple of different companies come, and they automatically began selling us a new elevator without attempting to fix our current situation. Contrary to them, RMR decided to do everything possible before concluding that we needed a new one.
