5 Stars - I had an amazing experience with this company.
I had an elevator issue with my current elevator service provider that they couldn’t fix and I didn’t trust them because they never showed up or did their preventative maintenance as promised. They only showed up with a proposal in hand telling me I need to buy something.
I called around to multiple elevator service providers and it wasn’t until Joe Gatti and Paul Palmeri showed up from Slade Elevator and gave me an educated explanation as to why I needed the repair.
Through this process, I trusted their opinion and they gave me an honest price and in addition, they went up and beyond to make additional repairs because they said they couldn’t walk away from a job without doing what is right for the customer.
If only all my vendors had Slade Elevators mindset.

We hired RMR Elevator to install an Inclinator Elevator in our home, since we have orthopedic issues, and wanted this to not stand out. They did an incredible job, and we feel safe and this fits into our home well. Bob Shipley the owner is incredible, knowledgeable and always available to help, even years later. We have them come every year to check everything and they are extremely very friendly and understand all issues that occur. Having an elevator is a major undertaking and we need to be safe and understand how it works. I recommend RMR Elevator to anyone who needs to have an elevator for their personal or business needs. We have a monthly maintenance program and have also executed a number of special projects, like cabin upgrades, modernization and retrofits for new fire safety measures. Our church`s elevator was damaged due to Tropical Storm Ida precisely one year ago. We had a couple of different companies come, and they automatically began selling us a new elevator without attempting to fix our current situation. Contrary to them, RMR decided to do everything possible before concluding that we needed a new one. We are excited to say that RMR was able to fix our elevator, and it passed inspection this past Tuesday! The evelator in my building is constantly broken,I see jersey elevator company trucks almost every other day in my community with the workers just hanging out in there trucks instead of fixing broken elevator`s,and on top of that ,there employee`s ,do not even wear mask when they enter my residence,are are so rude if you mention what is wrong with the elevator,if they knew what was wrong with it,then how come it`s never completely fixed?. She is using it a lot and very grateful that we could find mobility 123. Also was very pleasantly surprised that we can rent the chair lift. Recommend it to everyone who needs it . 5 Stars - Took longer than expected to get our elevator due to supply chain disruptions (there are a lot of electronic and mechanical components in one of these, any one of which can cause a delay if unavailable). Once the unit was in the warehouse, the install went smoothly and quickly. The subcontractors were quick and neat (very important when they`re cutting through your floor/ceiling, putting up sheet rock, spackling, sanding, etc.), and worked on a Saturday to complete the framing in time for the building inspector. Mobility and the subs were good at working with us on scheduling.
The unit itself looks great (as good as the pix in the brochure and on the web site), works great, and has a very Star Trek vibe (several people said "beam me up" when they saw it). Will post some pix once we`ve repainted.
Pricing is in the range of other residential elevators we looked at, even some that have a more institutional (AKA ugly) look. Note that some of the videos on the Stiltz site are of older models; the new ones are in the "Alta" line and have curved fronts and LED lighting.

5 Stars - I had 2 straight track Elan chair lifts installed in my home just over a month ago and i can easily say this was a great experience. 10 out of 10, hands down!
From the intial phone call and emails (which i appreciate) to the techs actually coming to my home to verify if my setup could allow for such equipment. To the date of install and the care that was put forth and respect of my home and more importantly...me. Over this entire process the staff and techs have been couteous, patient, and knowledgeable and I chose this company based on the stellar reviews I saw. So now I`ll add mine to the list. As for the equipment, for someone with Sarcoidosis of the lungs and heart and on constant oxygen, going up the stairs is more than a challenge. So for me the stairlifts have been game changers on my health and I hope to have them for a long time! (Really Seriously For Real? - a year ago)
5 Stars - My wife and I are in our 70`s and we want to stay in our home. We recently had a Stiltz lift installed and we love it. It is especially nice when we have groceries, laundry etc. to bring upstairs. Installation went very smoothly and the crew was great to work with. The ride is smooth and quicker than I thought it would be. We are very happy with our Stiltz lift and we recommend Stiltz if you are considering installing a home lift. 1 Stars - Dura-Lift had been servicing my company for 10+ years and there service was excellent. During the pandemic their management changed and they became criminals. They don`t show up when you scheduled them to even if it`s an emergency and they don`t keep their monthly mantience schedule. After over a year of paying them every single month with no service rendered we stopped paying them and they continued billing us. When we insisted they fix our elevator before we paid them, they refused. We canceled their service, found a more reliable company and they are less expensive. (Adrian Austin - a year ago)

After a 2 hour session they declared the the main circuit board was the issue but they needed to find the schematics so they could repair it. 4 months of waiting with assurances they were looking, I called in another company who repaired the lift and showed me that it had no circuit board-being old enough to predate that. 1 Stars - Worst elevator company. Slowest elevator I have ever been in, in my entire life. On top of that it’s extremely unreliable. It’s actually a joke. And my entire building in Jersey City agrees. We all couldn’t be more unhappy. I can’t believe an entire building of people all in agreement that the elevator is trash. 5 Stars - I had an amazing experience with this company! The young man who installed my elevator, I think his name was Kyle, was outstanding! He was truly a talented individual. I have never seen anyone use a screwdriver like him. His form and technique were just impeccable! The way he tightened the screws with proper wrist flexion and without internal rotation of the shoulders was just beyond me!! It is beyond evident that Kyle went through years of schooling and training for the art of using a screwdriver for him to be able to maneuver the tool with such ease and control. As you can see, the staff possess an expertise in their trade like no other. It is for this reason that I would recommend Dura-Lift Elevator to anyone in need of an elevator.
