5 Stars - The staff are very well and very nice! It`s like an answer from Heaven. I know some of the guys very well. Sometimes I would meet up with them,m of course sometimes with a sound of my horn, and they are very nice to learn about elevators with. When I would clean elevators at work before I retired, these guys would sometimes show up and once in a while they would team up with me so the elevators would be given the biggest shine ever! 1 Stars - There were two techs who came out to work on our only elevator. We are a college and we have students that are not able to go up and down stairs due to disabilities. they left and said they had a emergency. Why one could not stay and the other one go. I do not know. Then when I called to see when they would return I got the run around and they wouldn`t let me speak to a supervisor or anyone who might be able to answer my questions of when they would return. Then I was put on hold and when they got back to me they said someone name Dan was going to call me back in the hour its been 30 minutes into the hour. I they were reluctant to give me his last name, but finally they did. Dan Dinzebach. I am very disappointed in their service. It doesn`t even deserve one star. They have not a clue about customer service. that is my opinion. But with the amount of one star reviews I understand why. 1 Stars - Driver of Kone vehicle speeding and following too closely/tailgating other drivers. Appeared to be a white male, grey or white hair with glasses. I could read the kone on the hood of the vehicle from my rear view mirror because he was so close behind me. 5 Stars - I spent years working with the same company. As time progressed issues became more common. We decided to give MEI a shot at a mod project and they blew the competition away. After things went so well on the mod project it made sense to give them a shot at our maintenance contract. Chuck and the crew have not disappointed us. 5 Stars - We switched to MEI after less than stellar service with another provider. I must say it was a good move. Their service is great! They keep our units up and running with monthly maintenance, fast responses and immediate resolutions when there are issues. All technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. 5 Stars - I`ve been working with Chuck Pilz and the MEI crew for a little over 2 years. Best elevator service in this town. Whether it is during regular business hours, after hours, weekends, Chuck answers his phone and will assist our company as best as he can. 1 Stars - Terrible customer service and company. I requested a lift inspection at my business in August of 2022. ATIS Emailed me an invoice from 09/07/22 in December of 2022 and then I received a late fee from the State Fire Marshall because ATIS did not do their job. (Lady Lou - a year ago)

1 Stars - With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am disappointed to state that this has been the WORST encounter I have had with any service provider.
In an attempt to address a pre-existing issue, they proceeded to install a new gasket and sensors, purportedly to rectify the problem. Following the completion of their work, the elevator malfunctioned, resulting in frequent entrapments with guests inside, presenting an alarming safety hazard. We were compelled to call the fire department to facilitate the safe evacuation of guests from the stalled elevator.
As a direct consequence of their ineptitude, we were left with no choice but to close down our elevator during the busiest season of the hotel industry, which had an undeniable impact on our guests` experience and overall satisfaction. Months later our elevator still has the issue and is currently down.
Communication with the company during this ordeal was both frustrating and unproductive. Despite their inability to resolve the problems they introduced, the company audaciously presented us with an exorbitant bill. Rather than demonstrating accountability for their subpar workmanship, they resorted to placing blame on our establishment, a wholly unjustifiable stance given the evident incompetence they displayed throughout the entire process.
Given the magnitude of their incompetence and the significant negative impact on our hotel operations, I find myself unable to endorse or recommend anyone to engage with this company. It is my earnest hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others, prompting them to seek out more reliable and reputable service partners for their elevator maintenance and repair needs. 5 Stars - I Can not say good things to praise the Team at St. Louis Elevator
They responded Immediately to our call , Bill Click personally came out Immediately, and Access the situation , and scheduled A veteran Service Technician from thier Team, when The Service Technician arrived even early for the appointment he could not have been nicer , helpful , Professional and ready to trouble shoot the point of failure, within an hour he was able to properly Trouble the exact failure of the System and was able to get us it back and running Wow I was blown away
They really put the Clients first
The all around Experience was Top Notch and extremely Professional
I highly Recommend this team Personally and Professionally
They are definitely the go to team for Service and Maintenance and Installation of your Lift needs

1 Stars - I have read these reviews and I completely AGREE with them. Schindler is a joke. The company I work for are in a contract as well and can’t get any work done. Elevator out for many many months when I was in a wheelchair. Now they are sending us invoices for work done and they have not even been here to do the work. 1 Stars - Schindler Elevator has the worst customer service of ANY company that I have ever dealt with. You can`t leave voicemails, because "their mailbox is full`, emails do not get returned. If you are diligent enough, and finally get to speak to someone, they say they will get back to you, but never do. If I could switch elevator companies, I would do so in a minute. 1 Stars - Worst customer service we have ever received/witnessed. Had to send a lawyers letter to get out of our contract after the churches only elevator was out of service for over 9 months. Schindler is clearly a worldwide conglomerate that does not care about us little people. Our rep was rude and never returned calls, even the front desk would say, "we will transfer you to a supervisor" and then would put us straight into voicemail. After finally sending the letter our "rep" called and left a voicemail saying he had "no answers for us." Do not recommend to anyone who will ever need their elevator repaired in any way or to anyone who expects to call a company they have a contract with and speak to an actual person. 1 Stars - This is THE worst business for customer service! There are two elevators in my building and they regularly are out of service. I contacted the supervisor, Shawn Huber, who told me he didn`t know about the elevators being down. However, I complained to the property manager, who showed me texts/emails directly TO Mr. Huber. He also told me he would get back with me, but never did. Calls to Schindler go unanswered and when they do, representatives continue to ignore my issue by referring me to other people. For WEEKS at a time, our elevators are down, and Schindler continues to tell us they need to order more parts. What elevator company takes WEEKS to receive parts to repair a blasted elevator? Worse, they left 500lb. weights and a ladder in the hallway, a direct threat to tenant safety. When I posted a message to Schindler on Face Book, they tritely responded, "Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please contact us directly via a message to share details." Well, I did, on SEVERAL occassions, yet I`ve YET to get a cogent response. NOBODY seems to care about customer service at Schindler, and it seems the owners of Roberts Gallerie are entangled in a horrible contract with Schindler. If you are EVER in need of elevator service and a reputable customer team, this is NOT the place! If I were able to give zero stars, Schindler would DEFINITELY get that!!! 1 Stars - Spent a fortune putting in "top of the line" elevators for a major new construction project. They have been broken consistently for 2 years (since the building opened). Pieces of the hardware (buttons, etc) have literally fallen off into my hands. Takes over 12 hours to get service techs out even though we are classified as critical infrastructure. Unreal!
