5 Stars - Signature Elevator & Accessible Design installed a Stiltz elevator in our home for our special needs son, so we could stay in our home and not have to move.
We got three quotes and Signature had a similar price, but we liked that they were very straight forward about how they install the elevator.
The whole staff was nice. The job started and finished when they said it would.
The instillation team was excellent. Neat in their work and on time. You felt that they were pro`s about what they were doing in wiring and putting the elevator together to fit your house.

5 Stars - I highly recommend Signature Elevator. We have a townhouse built in 2001 and needed a three floor elevator installed. The workmen were very professional, and very skilled. George came every morning like clockwork. He respected our privacy and took care to assure us that our concerns were met. he protected our living space and cleaned up carefully every day before leaving. His painting and caulking work was perfection. Joel was a master at the electrical work which had to be done, and it was a challenge because the house wasn’t built for an elevator. Pipes, ductwork, and all electrical connections had to be moved and reconnected. There were also technical problems never seen before in an installation and Joel met the challenges and came up with novel solutions. His attitude was always positive. 4 Stars - Business knows its stuff. Showroom has an excellent variety of elevators and stairlifts on display and for demos. Since mobility appliances require understanding of engineering details and building code regulations, however, the firm could afford to hire additional sales engineers. 5 Stars - Waited a year after my Stiltz Trio Alto elevator was installed so that could give a realistic review. All the steps -from research (reading the excellent reviews), contacting the company, the home visit, timely estimate, and installation went very well. The installation crew were skilled, efficient and kept the house as clean as possible. The elevator works well and would highly recommend this company (kelly mckenna - 6 months ago)
5 Stars - From the initial meeting for planning and designing this project with owner Gary Case, it was a pleasure. His expertise, professionalism and design implementation were extremely valuable and appreciated. Keeping in mind that this was built outside the existing footprint of my house as an "addition" and tied into existing rooms for elevator access, all during Covid, it was remarkable how it all came together. This is a 3 story, hydraulic elevator with an automatic gate. The quality of the materials, the dedication of the staff and project manager, and the expertise of the people in the many trades who were here on a daily basis showed in the finished product. They had great attention to detail. and pulled it all together into a functional, attractive and useful part of our house. (Carrie C - 3 years ago)
