1 Stars - Been trying to contact company for days to resolve long standing billing issue. None of phone numbers on invoices or internet are active. 1 Stars - Our condo elevator is down and TK says they should be out around Christmas or New Years! Elevator went out on 12/6! My husband is handicapped and stuck in our building, likely thru Christmas. TK knows seniors are stuck - one other building elevator was out for 7 weeks! Seniors can’t do steps. This is an unbelievable disregard for contract, fire & ADA regs as well as rules of common decency, and pointed at senior citizens. Unforgivable. (Noreen O`Donnell - 4 months ago)

1 Stars - I was driving to work this morning in owings mill area and as I was driving I saw a TKE Promaster city van behind me. He starts to ride my bumper pretty close, we get up to the light by 91(Emory rd) and he goes over to the middle lane and tries to speed past me. I’m still in front of the guy and he speeds up to me again even closer yelling at me to pull over putting his blinker on hinting me to pull over, driving on the shoulder of the road almost hitting my vehicle several times. This type of erratic driving behavior isn’t necessary and I really do hope the company finds out who it was and fires him. I wouldn’t want him working for me if I had a business and also I’m pretty sure the vehicle are monitored by gps. This all happened on route 30 headed south until we got to butler road (Brad Price - 9 months ago)

1 Stars - Stopped at their office to ask them a few questions. A gentleman saw me pull up, came to the door locked it and went back in. Not thinking anything of it, I went up and rang the door bell ...it was at that time I realized that he had no inclination to want to see me today.
