1 Stars - I was wondering why the employees of 5 vans can’t read and park in a fire lane at the Holiday Inn in College Park MD where the car park is empty and block the walk way to allow the hotels customers can’t walk freely on the walk way ? (Lee Draper - a year ago)
5 Stars - Wow… So I’m not even sure where I should begin with this review. I guess I will start by saying that this company is by far one of the best companies I’ve had to deal/ work with. They strive so much farther than most companies Iv ever dealt with in regards to customer service, professionalism dedication, determination and Perfectionist. We are a brand new storage facility in Baltimore city. We are a 972 unit facility that has been being built for the past four years. Delaware elevator is the company we chose to go with when we decided to do our elevators. We have had a few different men here throughout this whole journey but today was the day of our final elevator inspection. We had two of Delaware Elevator‘s employees here and I must say they were by far the most hardest working man that I’ve seen in recent times. Chad and Tony went above and beyond for our company in regards to making sure that these elevators were working properly and safely. It was a two day inspection and when I tell you both Chad and Tony went above and beyond In these two days that’s not a lie they stayed a little longer than they had to do on the first day just to make sure everything was working properly. We ran into a couple little glitches But at all times both of them stayed professional and determined and dedicated to get the job done. Not only were they hard workers they had some of the best personalities out there very friendly very outgoing and very professional. I would recommend Delaware Elevator company to anybody from this point on if you want to job done right and done professionally. If I could give this company More than five stars I would truly give them a 10 star and I mean every word that I’m saying so if you’re in the need of a new elevator or elevator service I won hundred percent recommend contacting Delaware Elevator service and if by chance you can request a service man I would recommend either chad or Tony for the job I want to personally thank you Tony and thank you Chad for all that you did for Store It all storage Baltimore and myself. It will always be remembered and always be appreciated good luck with both of you and your future

1 Stars - They reached out and set up the preventative maintenance appointment. That`s good. We confirmed, etc. Then they failed to show up and the office is closed. Why did they schedule an appointment for a day they are closed? (Elizabeth M. Warner - a year ago)
1 Stars - Go with OTIS. This company is not reputable. I wish I could give no stars. I recommend you don`t go with this shady company that goes back on contracts and tries to milk every dollar out of your company. Expect to wait hours for service calls even in an emergency and the customer service reps need additional training. (Bad Girls - 6 years ago)

1 Stars - Very disappointed in the service we`re currently receiving from Warfield & Sanford. We have 5 elevators in a high-rise condo building. They were hired to update/modify/rehab our elevators. They completed 3 of the 5, and every single one of the three elevators they worked on have been breaking down over and over and over and over again. Residents have been stuck or reported that the elevators stop between floors so doors open to show the brick wall. Recently, 4 of the 5 elevators were out of service on a Friday night.... not sure when our elevator woes will end. not sure I trust Warfield & Sanford to make them end. (Kathie Miller - a month ago)
1 Stars - I live in a high-rise building, and since this company became our service provider, we had an elevator inoperable for 6+ months solid, and then broke 3x the first week it was “fixed”. They recently started a mod project that was supposed to take 1 car down at a time. The first car they modded has gotten stuck 3x in a week, with the fire department coming out twice because no technician was available. And yes, they keep just putting that same car back in service. And it keeps getting stuck. Out of 5 cars servicing over 400 units, best we can get out of them is 2 working cars at a time. Deplorable.
Updating to add: after 3 weekends in a row of having only 1/5 elevators functioning for a building with 408 residential units, the VICE PRESIDENT of Warfield and Sanford only offered our residents “free” Nationals baseball tickets as compensation?!?! Unethical. Inappropriate. Ridiculous. Baseball tickets don’t help people in our building with mobility issues who rely on these elevators get around. They don’t give us the services we are paying for period.
Also, they installed header units on the wrong side of the hoistways. (Julie Whipple - a month ago)
1 Stars - Not impressed. Trapped in my apartment’s elevator four times. These guys would come out to bandaid things again and again. I don’t pretend to know what the issue was or how difficult, but they either a) thought they were fixing it and were repeatedly wrong or b) knew the elevator was still prone to trapping residents and yet continued to give the green light anyway. Finally, after years of this, mgmt had these same guys replace the elevator. Months later, after living with construction outside my door, we have a brand new elevator, but the first night I use it, it lurches and drops us a bit. My dog was afraid to go in it again after that. Now we’ve had the new elevator for a month and we still have things squeaking and bending in there. It’s like old times with mgmt calling them to come service it every week or so. I’m tired of being the guinea pig. Need them to properly test their work. (David Garrison - a month ago)
1 Stars - 0/10 do not recommend! They have made living at The Brittany the worst. The elevators actually worked prior to the half a million dollar renovation project..now they are down or you’re stuck in one! (Leandra Simons - a month ago)
5 Stars - Jon is the best service tech! He comes ready to work and resolve our elevator issues at Majestic Apartments! (Markeita Fridie - 8 months ago)
