5 Stars - The installers were all great, but Adam Shaw and his trainee Leonardo were a very knowledgeable and accommodating. team it was great to have them installing the elevator and answering any question I had. As a builder it is nice to have other inteligente and reasonable professionals on the job site. I definitely will recommend this company and these installers to other builders. 4 Stars - Though 9 months passed between order and installation, it is the installation and follow-up that is excellent. The technicians were courteous, prompt and professional in all aspects of removing my old home elevator and installing a new one. 5 Stars - I was very pleased with the service I received from Greg M. today. He explained the problem that we had with the elevator very well. He was honest, careful and recommended safe advise for emmergency situations. He was also friendly and very professional. 5 Stars - I just had another annual-maintenance visit from Premier Lifts. Greg, the technician, arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and was his usual efficient, helpful, and informative self----answering (with great patience) my long list of questions about possible changes I am considering, and conducting his "check up" of the system very professionally. And this is over and above the great help that Scott Eason has consistently provided in our discussion of these possible changes.
