5 Stars - Gen-L was called in because we needed a rapid repair to our elevator emergency phone. They responded on very short notice and got our elevator emergency phone operational in no-time. 5 Stars - While we have only been doing business with Gen-L for a short period of time, I have been thoroughly impressed by their service; especially after working with other companies in Maryland. They have been extraordinarily communicative and I`ve really appreciated the time Justin has taken to explain what he`s doing and why; rather than just telling us it`s fixed (or not) and handing us a bill.
Additionally, annual testing in Maryland is such a pain in the neck. Gen-L coordinated the 3rd party and fire folks for us, speeding up the entire process and taking a ton of work off my plate.
Finally, having worked with large service companies before, it`s refreshing to actually be able to get ahold of someone whenever there is an issue - I don`t know how they do it with such a small team but A+. (David Barlow - a year ago)
