1 Stars - This is the largest elevator company, but also the worst. Their sales rep NEVER responds and you have to contact their accounting department. After you contact their accounting department, they forward your request to the sales rep who still does not respond until almost 2 months later. So our issue started when we cancelled our contract by the deadline, they continue to send us fake invoices saying we owe this and that. At one point, they send us an invoice that is over $31,000!! For what?! Absolutely nothing. They will stop at nothing to continue the business relationship by harassing you for payment. And guess what? After you tell them to stop harassing you, they will send you another e-mail that oh by the way in addition to the invoice, you also have our Otis property and we need it back? Seriously? This is absolutely the worst (not one of the worst), and I mean worst elevator companies on planet earth. Do not do business with them no matter how fancy their website may appear. 1 Stars - I had two tasks to be done in the elevator shaft. They require a 2 hour minimum at $400 per hour - which again I agree to. However, after 30 minutes of work and me being VERY clear that I still had other elevator related tasks to complete - the technician left.
To add insult to injury the "Service Sales Account Representative" was belligerent, failed to respond until I made multiple requests, and never could quite explain how I was to pay for travel costs while also charging the next customer those same travel costs. Double charging customers, not completing a task at hand, and poor customer service? Luckily there are other competitors because no one needs to be ripped off AND treated poorly. 1 Stars - The guy who came to open the elevator that I was stuck in for over 40 minutes was very rude saying I held the door open I didn`t I was on 3rd floor got in the elevator to go down to 2nd and the door did not open it only open half of the door why would I hold the door open if I am the only person in the elevator (Nikki N - 10 months ago)

1 Stars - On my way to work almost every day I see the same TKElevator truck (L19866P) driving negligently from the interstate to a jobsite located by the courthouse off of Camp St. Total disregard of anyone that gets in the way! So bad one morning at the intersection of Carondelet St. & Julia St. I see a gentleman attempting to cross the street at the red light while the driver of the TKElevator truck just runs through the red light without even attempting to brake with no regards to the gentleman trying to cross the street.
I definitely would not want a company that has people driving like that to do any work for my business!

1 Stars - I am very disappoint with this company they really don`t deserve a star. We contact this company to install a lift in my parents home for my Dad to be able to have mobility throughout various section of their home. From the time the lift was install we have had issues with it the lift not letting up or letting down. He even was trapped on the lift because it stop in the mist of operation it and had to manually taken off of it. The owner Bernard Langlois has poor workmanship as well as customer service. For the past 3 or 4 months this lift has been dead weigh with no use at all and we have tried to reach Bernard Langlois and left numerous messages and want answer the phone or return calls. Very disappointed and has cause a high risk for both my Dad and Mom.

1 Stars - Employee was driving a wrapped (in your company’s logo) tailgating me in Alabama on a 45mph back road. I was doing 7 miles over speed limit already and had my child in the back seat, in their car seat. Your employee finally decided to pass me while yelling vulgarities out of his window at me, loud enough that my child could hear his language. Then to top it off, once he got around me, he threw items out of the passenger side window at my vehicle. It was napkins as well as another item that was hard enough to crack my windshield. I attempted to get the gentleman to stop due to the damage caused that I was aware of, to no avail. He just continued to flip me bird, as I was pointing to my windshield. This could have and would have been a different situation, had my child not been in the car. He picked the wrong person, just on the right day! Had my child not been in the vehicle with me (but like the saying goes, God looks out for children and idiots). I have notified the Alabama authorities and plan to file charges on the property damage. The vehicle, an F150 as stated before had a Louisiana license plate number of C716447.
I see on the website that this is a family owned business, so the perpetrator of said incident may be of relation or even the owner of the company.Regardless, I am still planning on going back to the scene and making a complaint and should be an open and shut case, due to recorded footage. They take months to get parts and even longer to get a service technician scheduled to install the parts. I would recommend spending the extra money on going with established elevator company.
