5 Stars - David and Tyson saved the day! We had another company install a wheelchair lift a few years ago. We’ve had nothing but problems with the lift. A friend suggested I call Barrier Freedom for service. Incredibly happy I did! This team really went the extra mile to help. They discovered the lift was never installed properly to begin with. Their genuine care, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness was very apparent while they were working on my mothers stairlift.
They are both so polite and very kind gentlemen. It was a pleasure dealing with them. So glad I was referred to Barrier Freedom. I now have peace of mind that my mother`s chair is in good working order.
I will definitely recommend Barrier Freedom to anyone needing accessibility services in their home.

5 Stars - “Barrier Freedom” is synonymous with Excellent Customer Service ! On a stairlift installation for a senior in our home they provided design and installation service for the project. David and Tyson scoped the project, took customized measurements, and even recommended a modified option for relocating the stairlift which would offer several important benefits. When the product arrived the installation, test, and customer orientation for using the stairlift were handled smoothly and professionally by the team. We are very happy with our new stairlift. 5 Stars - I would highly recommend "Barrier Freedom Inc". They were referred to me by my neighbour who also spoke very well of them. After contacting them for my mom they installed a stairlift because she was now having difficulty going up and down her stairs. David and his staff took the time to make sure that my mom learned how to use it properly. I found the staff to be very polite, organized and cleaned up after themselves.
David has an excellent attitude he believes in 100% customer satisfaction.
The stairlift, has made a huge difference as my mom can continue to stay in her home and it has also given me the Peace of mind knowing that she is safe.
I would like to say thank you very much for everything.
