There have been some issues neglected by one big name elevator company, so I decided to try working with a boutique company and it proved to be a really good decision. 5 Stars - This is one of the best elevator company that I have worked with in the last 25 years.
Most reliable, excellent costumer service, with extensive knowledge on the products availble, making recomandation based on client needs, this way we can align with our budget without compromising in quality or safety.
I had an issue with the internal phones and the man company send us a quote of $3000 per elevator to replace the phones. I contacted Element Elevator and on the first site visit for the quotation the fixed the phones by simply program it properly to interface with our new phone system. This is just a small example.
I would recommend Element Elevators Inc. to any building operators or hotel managers.

5 Stars - Element Elevators and their entire team are highly competent, knowledgeable , respectful, conscientious and responsible to their workmanship and their customers. Approximately two years ago they completed a full overhaul of our 4 elevators in our older eleven floor residential apartment buildings and continued with a service contractor.
I couldn`t be happier with the quality and time efficiency of their work.
They remind me of how business use to run , with complete pride in workmanship.

5 Stars - I cannot speak highly enough of this service - from the mechanics, technicians to the administrative folk. They are amazing!
We were in a real pickle when my father died and my mother was coming to stay with us. We needed the elevator badly and the other service we`d been trying to get to fix it kept us waiting 6 weeks. Not only did Ted send reassuring emails to let us know they`d help us out, I learned he had been on vacation out of the country! Wayne and Alec came and worked hard (and long - even late on the Friday of a holiday weekend) to make sure we had the elevator running for my mother`s arrival. Not only that, their sensitivity and condolences were so sincere and extremely comforting to all of us at such a tough time.
Since then, we were impressed at the well organized maintenance plans they provided for us. There was no hard sell at all - simply an opportunity to choose what worked for us. It was so clearly laid out, it was simple to choose. We are delighted that they will come regularly and that they will stimulate the appointment making at appropriate intervals to ensure regular elevator maintenance.
Since then, we had one other nasty time when we were both stuck in the elevator with lots of groceries - including melting icecream. We phoned the number - and Ted`s cheerful voice greeted us and helped problem solve how to get out of the elevator. He was willing to come and help if we couldn`t manage over the phone. His calm demeanour, genuine care for people and pride in his work make us loyal customers!
Not to be forgotten is the very personable Muniza who has been cheerful and helpful over the phone on several occasions, facilitating easy bill payment and appointment scheduling.
No matter how big you get, I do hope you all continue to embody the wonderful qualities that make you your service truly "elevated".

5 Stars - I moved into my brand new house with a 5 stop elevator which was contracted by the most horrible company that gave me so much trouble the first 2 years I dealt with them.
Their service was so bad that I was willing to let go of the under warranty free services and find a different company to maintain it. To my luck I found express elevators and they genuinely turned the entire experience around for me.

5 Stars - I would like to start by thanking the elevator mechanics, Dave and Morgan! They worked very hard and guided us through some tricky spots.
Most of all our sales rep Mustafa Khambati, he is second to none. This project had every obstacle you could imagine, Covid, pricing and material increases it was awful. Mustafa was always ready to help, stayed on top of things and kept the project on track and on budget.

5 Stars - I worked at Express for more than one year. Express is fast-growing company and a great place to work. Family environment and very good culture. They support employees and everyone collaborates in a friendly environment. They are open to new idea, recommendations and also they provide required training if you need. They have straight and clear expectations from employees. As an employee, you need to be very organized and meet the deadlines as they stick to timeline and sometimes you need to work longer hours but there was an option to work from home which was making the balance. 1 Stars - Our apartment building has 1 elevator. You would think a professional company would go above and beyond to make sure the materials and labour are %100 ready to go before shutting down the only elevator. The other day i walked by and the labourer was on the phone getting trained on what to cut next. At least send someone that knows what they are doing...3 months everyone in this building has to sherpa their groceries up the stairwell. 1 Stars - Would give zero stars if possible, this company will recommend a contractor (friend of management) , Al Walker who is then paying elevator one back kick backs for all the work they throw him. He is just one guy, (no right hand man…no one will work with him regularly, because he lies and rips them off) he can’t do all the work in a timely manner as he is fairly old, Elevator one won’t take liability for their referral and recommendations, they just take your money. 1 Stars - Not recommending this elevator company, my elevator broke down numerous times within one and half year, scheduled technician to service and got No Call No Show twice.
Elevator broke down again last week and technician came over said parts needed to be changed and Lakeview Elevator charged us over $300 for the half an hour visit just to tell us parts needed to be replaced, elevator still not working, and I need to pay another 2 hours labour for replace the parts for next visit. 5 Stars - I recently had an elevator overhaul done by Lavkeview Elevator and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable about their work.
From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating. They explained the entire process to me in detail and answered all of my questions patiently. The team arrived on time, and the work was completed within the given timeframe.
The overhaul was done with great care, and the team ensured that everything was working perfectly before they left. I am extremely satisfied with the results, and the elevator is now working better than ever before.

1 Stars - I was really surprised to see so many 1 Star reviews about the company`s drivers but here I am because this driver almost caused me to rear end him because he cut me off as I was slowing down for a red light. Apparently being first in line for a red light is super important to them.

5 Stars - I had an annual maintenance service in early this year, 2024. I experienced no noticeable issues other than it made cranky sounds when it pulls. The service team of two people came to fix that issue by replacing the part. Now I can`t hear any noise. Everything I deal with them from start to finish is seamless, nothing I should doubt about. As a result of my initial review we finally got a response from a certified Cambridge service company (Diamond Elevator- they were great). They identified a number of issues from the original installation contractor and seem to have everything running smoothly again. I`ll update my review again after a few months and let you know if we`re finally out of the failure / repair loop.

Avoid any home with a Cambridge Elevating unit, and definitely look at other brands if you’re doing an install! We moved into a San Francisco condo with a new Cambridge elevator and it has been a nightmare. It has broken down several times a year, and it takes MONTHS to get repaired each time. 5 Stars - What a great company to work with!! We ordered elevator door frames for a four house project in Ithaca and the contractor had questions about the bore of the doors that I could not answer. I made a conference call to Joe Hickey with our contractor on the phone and he was able to answer the questions with great knowledge. The next day, the person making the doors called me with another question about the bore of the doors and once again I reached out to Joe to ask him if he would call the gentleman to answer his questions. Within 5 minutes of my email, Joe made the call and everything was resolved. Now that`s great customer service! We will definitely work with Belco Doors the next time we need doors or frames!! 1 Stars - I`ve never visited here. I am only rating them on their customer service. I do not know who I spoke to on the phone but I was pretty insulted by whoever it was. I called to inquire about a product, mainly to learn about how they work so I could see if it would be viable for a job I am working on. I didn`t see that this company was based out of Canada but was quickly informed of its location as soon as the customer service rep and I started speaking. I`m sure my southern accent gave it away that the job wasn`t going to be in Canada. Even so, I still wanted to inquire about the product for my own knowledge. I get that this person had no business continuing to speak with me since we would not be working together. Also I`ll admit, it was a cold call and I know people are busy, that one is on me. But, the level of rudeness I was met with is inexcusable from any customer service standpoint. I was cut off from my sentence, the rep took a very snarky tone with me, and then hung up on me. A local ADA guy here in Houston was giving me trouble, so I called up Niagara Belco, and was given to Joe Hickey. He shared his expertise and gave me the knowledge I needed to fight the fight. 1 Stars - -10 stars if I could. My dogs and I were nearly run over by one of this companies drivers this morning while walking across a pedestrian crosswalk in the east end of Hamilton today. The van came within an inch of me and my one dog while I was in the middle of the crosswalk. I’d hate to see the kind of work this company does if their drivers are in that much of a rush that they can’t even follow the law and risk human life. That’s gross…. My neighborhood is full of small children and dogs, it’s in an elementary school district… these are the people they let drive their company vehicles? Tony Pallo, the Operations Manager is top notch, he was always on time with appointments and very organized in getting the job done. Seniors were without an elevator for about a year. This crew were clueless on how to address the issue.
Since then, the government has approved the final sign off and these seniors are now waiting for this company to sign off.
Disgusting that they cannot get one person to drive down to the town so that these poor seniors can actually use the elevator. (Blair B - a month ago)
