5 Stars - Puneet and his entire team of technicians looked after the entire process with professionalism and extreme care. They were very informative, explaining and discussing every stage from drawings to final inspection.

5 Stars - I moved into my brand new house with a 5 stop elevator which was contracted by the most horrible company that gave me so much trouble the first 2 years I dealt with them.
Their service was so bad that I was willing to let go of the under warranty free services and find a different company to maintain it. To my luck I found express elevators and they genuinely turned the entire experience around for me.

5 Stars - I would like to start by thanking the elevator mechanics, Dave and Morgan! They worked very hard and guided us through some tricky spots.
Most of all our sales rep Mustafa Khambati, he is second to none. This project had every obstacle you could imagine, Covid, pricing and material increases it was awful. Mustafa was always ready to help, stayed on top of things and kept the project on track and on budget.

5 Stars - I worked at Express for more than one year. Express is fast-growing company and a great place to work. Family environment and very good culture. They support employees and everyone collaborates in a friendly environment. They are open to new idea, recommendations and also they provide required training if you need. They have straight and clear expectations from employees. As an employee, you need to be very organized and meet the deadlines as they stick to timeline and sometimes you need to work longer hours but there was an option to work from home which was making the balance. 1 Stars - Our apartment building has 1 elevator. You would think a professional company would go above and beyond to make sure the materials and labour are %100 ready to go before shutting down the only elevator. The other day i walked by and the labourer was on the phone getting trained on what to cut next. At least send someone that knows what they are doing...3 months everyone in this building has to sherpa their groceries up the stairwell. 1 Stars - Would give zero stars if possible, this company will recommend a contractor (friend of management) , Al Walker who is then paying elevator one back kick backs for all the work they throw him. He is just one guy, (no right hand man…no one will work with him regularly, because he lies and rips them off) he can’t do all the work in a timely manner as he is fairly old, Elevator one won’t take liability for their referral and recommendations, they just take your money. They ensured that is was quality work, that it was done right and that in the end that I was beyond satisfied with the final product. They took extra time to walk me through all the elements of the work done and they advocated well on behalf of Camp Kwasind in understanding our needs and how we operate. 5 Stars - Incredible service. We needed a new maintenance contract, called Elevator One and had a quote by the end of the day. After the initial installation, our elevator was problematic, but after Elevator One took over the contract, we`ve had no issues with our machine. 5 Stars - What a great company to work with!! We ordered elevator door frames for a four house project in Ithaca and the contractor had questions about the bore of the doors that I could not answer. I made a conference call to Joe Hickey with our contractor on the phone and he was able to answer the questions with great knowledge. The next day, the person making the doors called me with another question about the bore of the doors and once again I reached out to Joe to ask him if he would call the gentleman to answer his questions. Within 5 minutes of my email, Joe made the call and everything was resolved. Now that`s great customer service! We will definitely work with Belco Doors the next time we need doors or frames!! 1 Stars - I`ve never visited here. I am only rating them on their customer service. I do not know who I spoke to on the phone but I was pretty insulted by whoever it was. I called to inquire about a product, mainly to learn about how they work so I could see if it would be viable for a job I am working on. I didn`t see that this company was based out of Canada but was quickly informed of its location as soon as the customer service rep and I started speaking. I`m sure my southern accent gave it away that the job wasn`t going to be in Canada. Even so, I still wanted to inquire about the product for my own knowledge. I get that this person had no business continuing to speak with me since we would not be working together. Also I`ll admit, it was a cold call and I know people are busy, that one is on me. But, the level of rudeness I was met with is inexcusable from any customer service standpoint. I was cut off from my sentence, the rep took a very snarky tone with me, and then hung up on me. 5 Stars - I work in the lift industry, and I admit I don`t know everything. There are code issues we have to be careful with. A local ADA guy here in Houston was giving me trouble, so I called up Niagara Belco, and was given to Joe Hickey. He shared his expertise and gave me the knowledge I needed to fight the fight. 1 Stars - Very rude service technician, this company was at the building I live in today servicing one of the two elevators we have. A woman with a cain and using an oxygen machine was treated with such disrespect for using the elavtor that had some parts in it. If you don’t want people using that elevator put it in service mode. This guy told her she was taking to long to get out of the elevator and that she should have waited for the other one, our building is old and you can’t tell were the elevator is unless your on the first floor. I still can’t believe that he would talk to someone who can barely walk and in oxygen like that. If you have a building with older people and don’t want them disrespected consider another company.
