5 Stars - Puneet and his entire team of technicians looked after the entire process with professionalism and extreme care. They were very informative, explaining and discussing every stage from drawings to final inspection.

5 Stars - I moved into my brand new house with a 5 stop elevator which was contracted by the most horrible company that gave me so much trouble the first 2 years I dealt with them.
Their service was so bad that I was willing to let go of the under warranty free services and find a different company to maintain it. To my luck I found express elevators and they genuinely turned the entire experience around for me.

5 Stars - I would like to start by thanking the elevator mechanics, Dave and Morgan! They worked very hard and guided us through some tricky spots.
Most of all our sales rep Mustafa Khambati, he is second to none. This project had every obstacle you could imagine, Covid, pricing and material increases it was awful. Mustafa was always ready to help, stayed on top of things and kept the project on track and on budget.

5 Stars - I worked at Express for more than one year. Express is fast-growing company and a great place to work. Family environment and very good culture. They support employees and everyone collaborates in a friendly environment. They are open to new idea, recommendations and also they provide required training if you need. They have straight and clear expectations from employees. As an employee, you need to be very organized and meet the deadlines as they stick to timeline and sometimes you need to work longer hours but there was an option to work from home which was making the balance. 1 Stars - Not recommending this elevator company, my elevator broke down numerous times within one and half year, scheduled technician to service and got No Call No Show twice.
Elevator broke down again last week and technician came over said parts needed to be changed and Lakeview Elevator charged us over $300 for the half an hour visit just to tell us parts needed to be replaced, elevator still not working, and I need to pay another 2 hours labour for replace the parts for next visit. 5 Stars - I recently had an elevator overhaul done by Lavkeview Elevator and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable about their work.
From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating. They explained the entire process to me in detail and answered all of my questions patiently. The team arrived on time, and the work was completed within the given timeframe.
The overhaul was done with great care, and the team ensured that everything was working perfectly before they left. I am extremely satisfied with the results, and the elevator is now working better than ever before.
Overall, I am very impressed with the service provided by Lakeview . They have exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of elevator services. Thank you, Steven , for your excellent work and exceptional service!

5 Stars - I had an annual maintenance service in early this year, 2024. I experienced no noticeable issues other than it made cranky sounds when it pulls. The service team of two people came to fix that issue by replacing the part. Now I can`t hear any noise. Everything I deal with them from start to finish is seamless, nothing I should doubt about. As a result of my initial review we finally got a response from a certified Cambridge service company (Diamond Elevator- they were great). They identified a number of issues from the original installation contractor and seem to have everything running smoothly again. I`ll update my review again after a few months and let you know if we`re finally out of the failure / repair loop.

Avoid any home with a Cambridge Elevating unit, and definitely look at other brands if you’re doing an install! We moved into a San Francisco condo with a new Cambridge elevator and it has been a nightmare. It has broken down several times a year, and it takes MONTHS to get repaired each time. 5 Stars - What a great company to work with!! We ordered elevator door frames for a four house project in Ithaca and the contractor had questions about the bore of the doors that I could not answer. I made a conference call to Joe Hickey with our contractor on the phone and he was able to answer the questions with great knowledge. The next day, the person making the doors called me with another question about the bore of the doors and once again I reached out to Joe to ask him if he would call the gentleman to answer his questions. Within 5 minutes of my email, Joe made the call and everything was resolved. Now that`s great customer service! We will definitely work with Belco Doors the next time we need doors or frames!! 1 Stars - I`ve never visited here. I am only rating them on their customer service. I do not know who I spoke to on the phone but I was pretty insulted by whoever it was. I called to inquire about a product, mainly to learn about how they work so I could see if it would be viable for a job I am working on. I didn`t see that this company was based out of Canada but was quickly informed of its location as soon as the customer service rep and I started speaking. I`m sure my southern accent gave it away that the job wasn`t going to be in Canada. Even so, I still wanted to inquire about the product for my own knowledge. I get that this person had no business continuing to speak with me since we would not be working together. Also I`ll admit, it was a cold call and I know people are busy, that one is on me. But, the level of rudeness I was met with is inexcusable from any customer service standpoint. I was cut off from my sentence, the rep took a very snarky tone with me, and then hung up on me. A local ADA guy here in Houston was giving me trouble, so I called up Niagara Belco, and was given to Joe Hickey. He shared his expertise and gave me the knowledge I needed to fight the fight. Tony Pallo, the Operations Manager is top notch, he was always on time with appointments and very organized in getting the job done. 5 Stars - My grandparents had an Acorn Curve 180 installed back in December and I have to say it’s been a life saver for them. Acorn representatives were always helpful and when we had issues they took it seriously. We had a couple service calls so far but all of them were resolved in a timely manner. Their installer Raymond was very polite and made sure they knew how to use the stairlift before he left. He also made sure to keep the site clean throughout the install. Also, Les, the serviceman is very knowledgeable. Overall I would like to thank everyone at Acorn for their wonderful customer service. We are glad we chose Acorn Stairlifts. 1 Stars - Very rude service technician, this company was at the building I live in today servicing one of the two elevators we have. A woman with a cain and using an oxygen machine was treated with such disrespect for using the elavtor that had some parts in it. If you don’t want people using that elevator put it in service mode. This guy told her she was taking to long to get out of the elevator and that she should have waited for the other one, our building is old and you can’t tell were the elevator is unless your on the first floor. I still can’t believe that he would talk to someone who can barely walk and in oxygen like that. If you have a building with older people and don’t want them disrespected consider another company. 1 Stars - So I work at Costco, was in the parking lot after work. We had a RV parked in one of the lots, a person decided to drive around for about 10 or 15 mins in a circle. This person was blaring on the horn of his truck the whole time! As they drove by I saw the Modern Elevator on the side of the truck.
