1 Stars - We used Pace elevators to install in our family’s new custom built home. Matt was very friendly in the beginning and ensured they’d follow us along and ensure no problems arise after the installation. It worked for a few weeks and then we started experiencing problems. They refuse to send an experienced technician to address the issue and now we’re stuck using a different company to come and fix the issue that were still having. I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using them for any residential or commercial elevators. We are also now in contact with TSSA about the quality and experience we’ve had with Pace. 1 Stars - This elevator company is not trustworthy. Our reputable elevator company has to fix other elevators whom they supposedly serviced yet left in non-working order. They send a young, inexperienced technician who needs to constantly be on the phone with their manager rather than the manager visiting your home. They bill you for their time yet leave your elevator unusable in your time of need. Parts ordered rush do not arrive in a timely manner. They supposedly fixed parts of our elevator yet left it in non-working order when our daughter was recovering from knee surgery. Do not use this company if you need a working elevator. 1 Stars - Absolutely horrible customer service. We had an elevator installed in our house by this company and their technicians did such a bad job, the elevator constantly stops working. They used to come fix it in about 20 mins and the elevator would work for a day and then stop working again. We have asked them for the electrical blueprints so that we can have a reputable elevator electrician repair it but they won’t even answer our calls anymore. 1 Stars - Very disappointed with our experience with Pace Elevators just like Emad below.
They promised they could take care of Schindler elevators but one of our elevators was shut down for 8 months straight.
They also told us about a crack in the sling of one of the elevators in December 2022 but did not report it until September 2023 to the TSSA because we rejected their modernization quote.
They told us to repair the crack that we had to modernize the elevator at around $170,000.
Thankfully we are no longer working with them and have found a new elevator company who repair the crack for much less and we do not have to modernize the elevator at all.

5 Stars - Puneet and his entire team of technicians looked after the entire process with professionalism and extreme care. They were very informative, explaining and discussing every stage from drawings to final inspection.

5 Stars - I moved into my brand new house with a 5 stop elevator which was contracted by the most horrible company that gave me so much trouble the first 2 years I dealt with them.
Their service was so bad that I was willing to let go of the under warranty free services and find a different company to maintain it. To my luck I found express elevators and they genuinely turned the entire experience around for me.

5 Stars - I would like to start by thanking the elevator mechanics, Dave and Morgan! They worked very hard and guided us through some tricky spots.
Most of all our sales rep Mustafa Khambati, he is second to none. This project had every obstacle you could imagine, Covid, pricing and material increases it was awful. Mustafa was always ready to help, stayed on top of things and kept the project on track and on budget.

5 Stars - I worked at Express for more than one year. Express is fast-growing company and a great place to work. Family environment and very good culture. They support employees and everyone collaborates in a friendly environment. They are open to new idea, recommendations and also they provide required training if you need. They have straight and clear expectations from employees. As an employee, you need to be very organized and meet the deadlines as they stick to timeline and sometimes you need to work longer hours but there was an option to work from home which was making the balance. 1 Stars - Our apartment building has 1 elevator. You would think a professional company would go above and beyond to make sure the materials and labour are %100 ready to go before shutting down the only elevator. The other day i walked by and the labourer was on the phone getting trained on what to cut next. At least send someone that knows what they are doing...3 months everyone in this building has to sherpa their groceries up the stairwell. 1 Stars - Would give zero stars if possible, this company will recommend a contractor (friend of management) , Al Walker who is then paying elevator one back kick backs for all the work they throw him. He is just one guy, (no right hand man…no one will work with him regularly, because he lies and rips them off) he can’t do all the work in a timely manner as he is fairly old, Elevator one won’t take liability for their referral and recommendations, they just take your money. 1 Stars - Not recommending this elevator company, my elevator broke down numerous times within one and half year, scheduled technician to service and got No Call No Show twice.
Elevator broke down again last week and technician came over said parts needed to be changed and Lakeview Elevator charged us over $300 for the half an hour visit just to tell us parts needed to be replaced, elevator still not working, and I need to pay another 2 hours labour for replace the parts for next visit. 5 Stars - I recently had an elevator overhaul done by Lavkeview Elevator and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable about their work.
From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and accommodating. They explained the entire process to me in detail and answered all of my questions patiently. The team arrived on time, and the work was completed within the given timeframe.
The overhaul was done with great care, and the team ensured that everything was working perfectly before they left. I am extremely satisfied with the results, and the elevator is now working better than ever before.
Overall, I am very impressed with the service provided by Lakeview . They have exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of elevator services. Thank you, Steven , for your excellent work and exceptional service!

1 Stars - I was really surprised to see so many 1 Star reviews about the company`s drivers but here I am because this driver almost caused me to rear end him because he cut me off as I was slowing down for a red light. Apparently being first in line for a red light is super important to them.

1 Stars - They deserve 0 stars. Every time they come in for maintenance checks on our elevators, they say everything is in order and leave, not 24 hours later at least 1 elevator goes out of service. Every. Single. Time. Also every time they come in to repair, they say a part needs to be ordered, a month later they finally fix it. Elevator works for 3 weeks tops and out of service again.
Latest case, maintenance check in Nov 2023. Elevator breaks a day later and isn`t fixed until Jan 5th. Surprise surprise, same elevator just broke again Jan 26th.
Either the technicians who work for them are the most incompetent people or this company is a complete scam who make millions with their scummy practices. Avoid them at all costs. (James Kong - a month ago)

5 Stars - Had a wonderful experience enrolling with Elite Elevator Services Inc. and would recommend it to anyone looking into this industry. The classes were very informative, interesting and interactive. Everyone is provided with the materials they need including a tablet for everyone to follow along with the notes. My most favorable part of the course was getting to physically see and understand how authentic elevator parts, tools, and machine mechanisms operate. Lastly, the instructor Raj was a great educator and it was evident he is very knowledgeable in this industry, answering and explaining any and all questions the class had. 5 Stars - This was an outstanding EDM-T training program. I can’t speak from experience as it was my first time, but I can say that the taught materials during these three 8 hour days were most educational, and I feel ready to take my first steps into the elevating devices industry because of the basic principles that I learned. So much history, mechanical, safety, and theory covered. The whole experience was very professional but also very inviting. The environment of the classroom also helped as it was comfortable and spacious. Unlimited coffee was provided which was my favourite part haha. Raj, the incredible instructor, is a very down to earth person, he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this industry. He was most helpful in answering all the questions I had about the next and future steps regarding this career. I would certainly recommend this training for any new comer into the trade. The elevator in condo building 5170 Winston Churchill Blvd, Mississauga, ON has been out of order a number of times for a week each time. The technicians haven`t a clue what is the issue. We keep getting happy talk that it will be fixed soon.
I have a disability and must use the elevator. What am I supposed to do when no one is prepared to fix it?

2 Stars - a new (2-3 y.o) condo building with 2 elevators, 1 of each has been consistently down every other month (sometimes with 6 week parts procurement times), currently have both elevators down. not sure if it`s product quality or service quality, but they have no problems charging for every service on an item that operates like a train with little external factors.. It is at the point where it is a health and safety issue for the elderly and disabled in our building. KONE doesn`t appear to think this is an issue. 1 Stars - Delta promised us to fulfill certain tasks and included that in the contract then totally forgot about it and as opposed to apologizing for the time they waisted us now they want us to pay for extra changes they incurred because they didn`t do it in the first place. 5 Stars - I have dealt with several elevator manufacturers/installation companies and while the industry is generally pretty good I can say CITI Eelvator Inc. definitely goes farther than most to be accommodating and helpful to their clients. Whenever I have had any questions or needed service the owner Amir has always been right on top of getting me whatever assistance I need. Very hands on, I can honestly say I have rarely seen a head of a company who goes on site more often to make sure things are going smoothly.
