The standard of work they hold themselves to and provide to their customers is beyond exceptional. The level of communication is unprecedented, with excellent customer service, rapid responses, and a phenomenal desire to help problem solve. The quality of the work and maintenance required is at the highest level, a true rarity in this business. They maintain their integrity and workmanship while also being cost effective, every cost has its purpose without massive overhead. 5 Stars - My building has had a really positive experience with Element Elevators. There have been some issues neglected by one big name elevator company, so I decided to try working with a boutique company and it proved to be a really good decision. I`d like to mention here the excellent communication with Lucy, the quality of the work completed by elevator technicians led by Florin and generally the professionalism of the whole team. 5 Stars - This is one of the best elevator company that I have worked with in the last 25 years.
Most reliable, excellent costumer service, with extensive knowledge on the products availble, making recomandation based on client needs, this way we can align with our budget without compromising in quality or safety.
I had an issue with the internal phones and the man company send us a quote of $3000 per elevator to replace the phones. I contacted Element Elevator and on the first site visit for the quotation the fixed the phones by simply program it properly to interface with our new phone system. This is just a small example.
I would recommend Element Elevators Inc. to any building operators or hotel managers.

Element Elevators is extremely quick to respond to any service requests.
They perform regularly monthly services that are also exceptional.

5 Stars - Element Elevators and their entire team are highly competent, knowledgeable , respectful, conscientious and responsible to their workmanship and their customers. Approximately two years ago they completed a full overhaul of our 4 elevators in our older eleven floor residential apartment buildings and continued with a service contractor.
I couldn`t be happier with the quality and time efficiency of their work.
They remind me of how business use to run , with complete pride in workmanship.

1 Stars - Crossing the road with my 3 year old in a stroller this morning and one of your drivers seemed to think turning into us when we had right of way was an appropriate decision to make. After reading the rest of the reviews on here it seems that it’s not a one off. 1 Stars - These guys are borderline scammers who never fix any elevators in full, just so they can keep charging for their service. Our apartment unfortunately deals with these folks, and as others mentioned, it’s a joke how none of the elevators work. The best part? When all 3 goes down, they can miraculously fix one in ~2 hours. But if at least one is operating? Forget about it because they aint gonna fix the rest or do a poor job, so it breaks down again in a day. Absolute joke. (Toronto Rent - 5 months ago)
1 Stars - They`ve been "fixing" the elevators in our building since November, we are now in April. Keep patching it and both elevators keep failing. The worst! 1 Stars - Atta elevators is responsible for the elevator service of Montage condo building at 25 Telegram Mews.
This year alone, our elevators have stopped functioning on multiple occasions. As i type this none of the elevators on the low rise side including the service elevator are working.
