The technicians are not knowledgeable
In my building one elevator broke down one month ago until now nothing has been fixed.

Technicians (John) who claim to be in danger when their slow work forces them to share elevators with multiple people of colour have obviously found a home here. 1 Stars - Complete crap. They`ve been in our building everyday for FIVE MONTHS and not only have all the elevators been out of service at least three times this week. People have been stuck in them! Stroke patients and other medically fragile people are being forced to walk upstairs and down and all the company has to say for itself is direct your complaints to the building management. Unable to provide any explanation as to why elevators keep malfunctioning. Very dismissive. Very uncaring about quality of service and lack there of. (Michelle Miller - 7 years ago)

1 Stars - Our apartment building has 1 elevator. You would think a professional company would go above and beyond to make sure the materials and labour are %100 ready to go before shutting down the only elevator. The other day i walked by and the labourer was on the phone getting trained on what to cut next. At least send someone that knows what they are doing...3 months everyone in this building has to sherpa their groceries up the stairwell. 1 Stars - Would give zero stars if possible, this company will recommend a contractor (friend of management) , Al Walker who is then paying elevator one back kick backs for all the work they throw him. He is just one guy, (no right hand man…no one will work with him regularly, because he lies and rips them off) he can’t do all the work in a timely manner as he is fairly old, Elevator one won’t take liability for their referral and recommendations, they just take your money. They ensured that is was quality work, that it was done right and that in the end that I was beyond satisfied with the final product. They took extra time to walk me through all the elements of the work done and they advocated well on behalf of Camp Kwasind in understanding our needs and how we operate. 5 Stars - Incredible service. We needed a new maintenance contract, called Elevator One and had a quote by the end of the day. After the initial installation, our elevator was problematic, but after Elevator One took over the contract, we`ve had no issues with our machine. Their staff are phenomenal to deal with, very professional and friendly.

1 Stars - The CEE elevator inside the Skywalk at the corner of Station street and Lower Simcoe street too frequently does not work. This particular elevator does not work at least 4 times a week. This is too ridiculous, because it`s been happening for years. CEE ELEVATOR SERVICE LTD should stop it with the temporary fixes and permanently fix this problem. (Some Dude - 4 years ago)

1 Stars - Terrible experience, we changed the interior wood veneer after the initial proposal. Premier had been given a 3 months notice of the change by the elevator company but never took any action, we ended up with an interior we didn’t like. After multiple follow-ups never provided any protection curtains for the new interior either.
I would avoid this company at any cost. They simply don’t value the business they’re given. They can check their emails if they don’t see me as a client. The interior work was done by Premier on behalf of Monarch Elevator for new elevator mod. And correspondence with Premier was non-existent. (Sarfaraz Patel - 7 months ago)

5 Stars - The owner Jeff and his team are just a fantastic group of people. Office is clean and professional. They specialize in elevator interiors and are maybe the best in Canada. I had an excellent experience with them, all interactions were efficient and everyone I met made me feel appreciated and special. 5 Stars - I became involved with Atlantic Lifts on a project in Vancouver that is just finishing up. Atlantic Lifts provided a car elevator for a 2 level parkade. The installation went well, staff were all accommodating and respectful. Management communication was excellent. Very responsive. Looking forward to working with Wes on future Projects. They were extremely easy to deal with and very responsive to our needs and requests.
The end product was on time and of a high quality.

1 Stars - Worst elevator company in canada. I have 3 elevators at my condo and one is always down. The tech comes to fix the elevator and the very next day it’s broken again.
